- How have you improved your relationship with yourself and with others?
- Are you more aware of your thought process and how it influences your feelings?
- What changes have you made to your life?
Take this time to reflect on the past month and how much each week has taught you about yourself. How we relate to ourselves greatly influences the way we relate to other people, and when we take time to notice this we can go forward and improve our lives. We become more authentic and life becomes open and more enjoyable.
