Health and Well-Being Month: Week Two – Day Five
Be a child for the day. What would your inner child like to do today? What childhood games are you going to give yourself permission to play?
Learn not to take yourself and life so seriously. Relax your body and let it move the way it wants to. Have fun! Whatever games you played as a child that get you moving – play them! It could be hide and seek, skipping stones, hop-scotch, climbing trees, hula-hooping, finger painting. And by all means get your friends and family involved!
This will teach you to be kind to yourself and to notice the wonder and joy in every day life. It will also get you laughing and who doesn’t love to laugh?
