Health & Well-Being Month: Week One – Day Seven
Gratitude with attitude!
I’d like you to list all the things that you’re grateful for.
This could be anything. A blue sky, your cup of coffee, your family and friends, the fact you can breathe!
Throughout the day, release the gratitude to the universe by doing something that involves one of your gratitudes. For example you can pay it forward at your local coffee shop, paint the blue sky, spend the day being aware of your breathing.
All this will focus your mind on the positives in your life and bring more positive to you. What you give out, you get back.

Next we will be concentrating on physical health. I promise you this will not involve me persuading you to go to the gym – unless of course you want to! Don’t let me hold you back!
